ZENMA courses have been set up to be taken in a specific order to ensure maximum retention and to stack therapies in an order to make learning efficient and effective. The program is set up to develop the appropriate feel and knowledge of anatomy along the myofascial lines while systematically balancing the myofascial kinetic lines, rebalancing the rib cage, improving neuro fascial health, and restoring functionality to the whole body system.
The order listed is recommended by ZENMA in which we have seen the best success with students.
The Reiki course can be taken anytime.

Level 1 NFC & Rib Entrapment SyndromeTherapy, (REST™)
Prerequisites: Experience with horses
Knowledge of bodywork modalities helpful

Myofascial Bodywork & Anatomy Certification Course
Prerequisites: Experience with horses
Level 1 NFC & REST™

Level 2 Advanced Rib Entrapment Therapy & Joint Mobilization
Prerequisites:
Level 1 NFC & REST™ &
Myofascial Cert. Course with ZENMA,
or Certification with 100 hours of equine bodywork from in person course (no online courses accepted), and 1 year experience as equine bodyworker

Myofascial Muscle Stim & Kinesiotaping
Prerequisites:
Level 1 NFC & REST™
Myofascial Cert. Course with ZENMA,
or Certification with 100 hours of equine bodywork from in person course (no online courses accepted), and 1 year experience as equine bodyworker

Reiki & Developing Feel
Prerequisites: An open heart and mind.
Some experience and comfort around horses required.
